About:China Customs Declaration

Going to visit my daughter and wanting to take things she has not yet found. Can I take the following and do I need to declare any - cereal, packet soups, corn flour, gravy powder, coffee, aromat spice, medications for flu and stomach problems? What are the requirements for any prescription medicines that I will need. Thanks
