Dear Sir /Madam
I am in Qingdao and do not know Chinese language, i need to change my return ticket from Qingdau from 02/12/2010 to tomorrow after lunch time

You would better contact the booking agency through whom you booked your ticket to change your departure date ASAP. Or, just contact the airlines directly by calling their hot lines. As I know, some staff in the airlines could speak good English.
