What is the weather in Beijing on Mar 1 to Mar 4?

March 1 to 4, 2011 is our scheduled visit to beijing. We are on a group tour of about 20 persons. Need to what is the weather and what kind of clothes are you going to advice us to bring since the Philippines is a tropical country with only two (2) climates which is wet and dry.
