About:Getting to Harbin

Harbin does interest me a lot, firstly I want to experience the snow, I just wanna know exactly when is the best month to visit Harbin and where to find a cheap-clean-safe place to stay for 3 days? please I need guidance. thanks a lot!

Harbin Weather(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/harbin.htm) is characterized by four distinct seasons with long cold winter and short cool summer.
In winter, Harbin weather is extremely cold with the temperature dropping to -14.2C on average while it is just 20.8C on average in summer. Thus the city can be visited at any time, especially from July to September and from December to January. You cold see snow and ice sculpture in winter. Of course you need to bring warm down coat in winter.

You could easily find a nice Harbin hotel to stay for 3 days, such as Harbin Bremen Inn at the city center.
