how do i get to citibank tower 3 garden rd, central if i'm coming from the excelsior, causeway bay? thanks!

You can take TRAM North Point - Whitty Street from Yee Wo Street (Paterson Street) to Des Voeux Road Central (Bank Street). Then walk about several minutes to Garden Road, you will find the hotel.
