what is the procedure to get this lounge at beijing capital airport?

I will travel from DXB to MNL on 23 Dec 2010 and MNL-DXB on 15 Jan 2010, both trips will have a 9-10hours stop over on Beijing Capital Airport on the next date of the respective dates that I mentioned. I saw here that there is a hourly lounge inside the airport, if may I ask, what is the procedure to get this lounge? do i need to pay per hour or is this free? Kindly tell me the details. Thank you.

The Hourly Lounge is between the Gate D2 and the Gate D3 at B1. You may need your boarding pass to book it. You can call  010-64598943 to ask about the procedure to ge tthis lounge.  You need to pay it by hour.
