because of the changes in the border rules i was not able to get a visa for my business

Because of the changes in the border rules i was not able to get a Visa for my business trip in Shenzhen. What i would like to urgently know is are there any meeting place that i can ask the Chinese Businessmen to meet me at the border entry points? By the way, i can't cross over. Here are some of the options that i have seen so far.1. A train to Lo Wu station, then meet the Chinese Businessmen at the border2. A train to Futian Port Lok Ma Chau, and meet at the Futian Checkpoint3. A Bus or Taxi to the Lok Ma Chau border.If there are better and options out there, please advice.I would appreciate an answer on my questions, as i don't want to destroy business over the changing rules on Visa Regulations

I am afraid not. The checkpoint has two side in Hong kong and Shenzhen. Anyway, if you can not see him to Shenzhen, you can ask if he can come over to Hong Kong side. I think you are saying about the visa on border of Shenzhen. So, try the possibility to have a visa in Hong Kong.
