My hubby & I have New Zealand Passport and will go to Manila Philippines on Dec 10. We have booked a ticket for a short tour to Guanzhou on Jan 12 and plan to travel by train to Beijing on Jan 14 and come back to Manila Phils on Jan 16. Do I need to apply for a visa here in Perth Australia now or can we apply in the Philippines? How much will it costs us for the visa?
