About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I am a Chinese naturalized US citizen with a US passport and I am 18. I live in Shanghai, China. I haven't completed my high school yet. Can I take a GED in Shanghai, and if so, where? If you have contact information I would appreciated it. Thank you.
