I need to travel from the Shenzhen Shangri La Hotel to Chunhu Industrial Estate, Pinghu, Long Gang. What is the best way to go and how much will it cost?

You can take bus K533 from Shenzhen Railway Station(about 5 minutes' walk from the hotel) and get off at pinghu. Then take a taxi to Chunhu Industrial Eastate. It totally takes about CNY40.
