how can I get from kowloon to shenzhen airport by bus? I heard there is shuttle bus from the Elements kowloon to shenzhen. Is that correct?

Yes, there are direct buses from 1/F, Elements Mall at Kowloon MTR Station from 07:15 to 18:45 with 30 minutes interval. The bus will reach Shenzhen Airport within 80 minutes, the bus ticket price is CNY90 per each.
