About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

The invitation letter is been sent to me through my mail,
can i submit my application with other documents or i have to
wait for the original letter through post? I am behind time
since i have to leave for this important meeting by the 29 or 30th November,2010
Plss advice, thanks

For a business visa application, Chinese embassy in Ghana requires Original invitation letter from China, so, better ask them for the original asap.
