About:Chinese Embassy in Qatar

Sir,
I'm in deep trouble. I'm a 50 year old man working in Qatar. Back home in Nepal, My daughters husband submitted some false documents and preparing to get married to a Chinese lady saying that he is a bachelor and trying to go to Hong Kong. I want to stop him somehow but I'm helpless. I don't want him to abandon my daughter and 2 years old son. Sir, I'm a low income employee and my knowledge and financial conditions are poor. My company doesn't allow me to fly home to sort this matter out.
Can you kindly advice how can I stop him and alert the concerned authority that his documents are false. Please help.

To register marriage in China, Chinese government requires applicants' single status approved and certified by both Chinese and Qatar government. I don't think he can get it if he is married.
