I will be arriving in Hangzhou railway station in early afternoon on Nov. 25, I have to go to 1726 Shixiang East Road, what is the best way to go there and cost? Any good hotels nearby that address or how can get to the holiday inn express in grand canal and any tips that you may think is going to be helpful, Thanks.

There seems no Shixiang East Road in Hangzhou, there is a Shixiang Road. From the railway station you can take taxi to Shixiang Road, but I'm not sure if it is the same place with the one you mentioned. Might cost you around CNY35 from railway station to Shixiang Road. Holiday Inn Express is located on Desheng Road, around 4 kilometers to Shixiang Road.
