About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Sorry if this question has already been answered but I am planning on going to Korea in January for just 3 weeks. I will be coming from China on a tourist visa but will need to apply for another one while in Korea because I will have used both of my entries up. I'm wanting to know if it's possible for foreigner (from NZ) to apply for a tourist visa to China while in Korea? I will not be going with any travel agency since I plan to find a job while there and then switch visas (another matter entirely).

Thanks

NO,Ms.Stewart, you can not apply for a visa to China there if you do not have Alien Registration Card valid for more than 6 months in Korea. Or you can just apply for a new China visa (multiple entry)now in NZ.

Ahh thanks for that. My predicament is that I am not currently residing in NZ but in Hong Kong, however since my period of stay is less than 6 months here they refuse to give me a multiple entry visa and only issue me with double entry. So I cannot get any type of visa if I do not hold residency in Korea? Ok thanks for your help
