About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

I would like to apply for a G-type Visa, which I understand is for 6 months/single entry type. I was unable to find a 6 month/single entry box on the Visa Application. What can I do? Thank you in advance for your reply.

G visa is generally single entry, valid for 3 months, permits 10 days stay in China. Pleae click Single entry valid for 3 months on the visa application form.
