Hi,I'm a Malaysian, will be flying to Hang Zhou on Mar 3, 2011 for a 7-days trip.Appreciate your advice on the below:1) Latest by when should I file in the Single Entry China Visa Application form and relevant documents?2) I have another friend traveling with me. Could I submit the application form and documents on behalf for visa application, without my friend coming along?Thanks.

1) You need to submit visa application after December 3, 2010, you can prepare all required documents in January and submit visa application because a single-entry is valid for 3 months, if you apply for it too early, it expires before you use it. 2) You can submit the applications on behalf of your friend.
