is time enough for the international transfer at beijing capital airport within 1 hour?

Dear Ms. Summerling.I would be  very much appreciated if you can let me know whether i can be able to get my second flight to Helsinky. As i will be taking a flight ULN-PEK will be arriving at 10.30am and i will be picking a flight at 11.35am by Air China PEK-HEL in the same terminal 3 on the same day. I would be very much appreciated if you can let me know whether i can make it on time to the next flight. Secondly, are the above details are the latest and official? I would like to add that this is a very good website, very useful.Waiting for your kind reply,Batzaya

If you hold a through flight ticket, you wn't need to recheck-in your luggage and one hour may be OK for you to finish the transfer. Well, if you hold a separated flight ticket, you will need to recheck your luggage, it need more time. I think one hour is short. Most of the details above are the latest according to the official, I think.
