About:Hong Kong Weather

We planning to visit Hong Kong / Shenzhen on Feb 10 to 16 (6 days and 5 nights)with one seven year old kid.
What is the weather in Feb 2011 ?
Anyone can give me some planing to visit all the place / arrangment ?
What should I bring in this weather with the kid ?
