Can i buy the tickets (and everything in Shenzhen) with HKD ?? or it must with CNY?  What's the best transportation from Shekou to my hotel(Sunon Holiday) at Dongmen area? Thanks.

I'm afraid that only CNY is accepted in Shenzhen. From shekou port to your hotel, take bus no. 329 to Ke Ji Yuan Station, get off  and walk to Shenda subway station to take subway line 1 to Laojie Station, get off and then walk about 40 meters to your hotel.
