I wish to go to China to buy electronic power monitors. I've already received samples from 2 firms in Shenzen. Can any one help me with the following doubts?

1. How many days it takes to get a business visa from Chennai?
2. What documents are required apart from my Indian passport ?
3. Which would be the ideal city to shop for electronic products in China from India?
4. Approx. how much it might cost for a 5-7 days trip (budget accommodation & food)?
