why do not you provide transfer to airport t the last day, this is a group tour right, looks incomplete.

Let me answer your question i asked before. Most of their clients had different flight and time out of Shanghai, so they left the last transfer for the clients. However, i asked them to take my family from the hotel to airport after our tour, they arranged this for us. Certainly we paid for this extra service. You can ask them also.
