About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Dear Sir,

I am a whole-sale Businessman (Towel, scarp, imitation showpieces, and clothes) in Bangladesh. I want to start import business in China. For my business purpose I need to go china for visiting their factory as well as examine the quality of the goods. What are the initial steps I have to take? Is it prerequisite to contract with any china suppliers?

Finally, I wanted to know what exact documents I require for applying visa. Thank you and I will be very grateful of your help.

Sincerely you

Madhusudan Das.

Yes, you need to contact a company from China first, let them send you an invitation letter and an original Visa Notice Form issued by authorized departments of Chinese Government for your Business visa application to China. Other requirements are your valid passport (at least six months before expiration) with blank visa pages and copy of the first three pages; Typed Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China with one passport photo; hotel reservation and return ticket. If you have never been to China before should submit in person to the Chinese embassy.
