About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

i have an iranian passport, and i want to go Hong Kong. because in my country there is not Hong Kong embassy, we must apply via chinese embassy,and this procedure is so long, so i want to know can i apply via dubai embassy for Hong Kong visa?

You have to submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in Iran.
