About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Dear Visa officer,

I am planning to visit Chengdu, China for few days in Mid December to attend a research conference.
The organisers have sent the letter of invitation as a e-mail attachment.
Will you accept that ?

If the organisers use the Visa Notification Form downloaded from the web and fill it and send it also as an attachment, will you accept it ?

OR do they have to get this form from the foreign affairs misnitry in Chengdu ?

As the time is limited for me to buy the air tickets, your early reply is appreciated.

The original Invitation Letter or fax copy of invitation letter is required, the invitation letter by email is not accepted, they have to get the visa notification letter from Chengdu Foreign Affairs Ministry, then send it to you for China Business Visa Application.
