About:Macau Travel

Hi,
I'm going to Macau next week (flying to HK then taking a ferry straight to Macau)and staying at the Venetian for one night.
From the Venetian, I should like to visit the following places. Please advise which is the the most time-saving way to go about it, as in which place should I visit first?

1) Senado Square (St Paul's cathedral is around there, correct?)
What are the popular food here?
2) Fisherman's Wharf (what is the attraction here? What good food is here?)
3) Ah Ma Temple
4) Red Market (what is this place?)
5) Three Lamp (what is this place?)

Would appreciate a reply soonest. Thanks a million!

Karen

You should get to Fisherman's Wharf first, since you can take the free shuttle bus from Venetian Macau to Sands and then walk there. Then Red Market and Three Lamp, these two are located very close to each other. Then Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square, walking distance to each other. Then A-Ma Temple. For popular food at Senado Ssquare, you should not miss the Agg Tart of Margaret and the double skin milk. Red Market still houses a vigorous trade, with vendors selling dried foods, fresh produce, fish and meat. Three Lamp area is a dense and vibrant network of street vendors and tiny shops selling many kinds of goods at bargain prices.
