About:Lantau Island

Would like seek opinion for travel itenary in Hong Kong, total of 5 pax and arriving on 15th till 19th.

hi good day. i m comin to HK for holiday with my family with total of 5 pax and arrive on 15th(arriveal time is 10.35am)til 19th nov (leaving on 5.30pm).Will be staying at Royal Plaza hotel at Mongkok. Would like seek opinion for travel itenary to the place that we plan to go.
Below will be the places
Disneyland
Ocean park
Lantau island
Tung Chung (is it a factory outlet that we can shop?)
Macau
Night visit to a Sympahony of light
planning to go market street shopping for the last 2 days
How to get the transportation to places mentioned?

A whole day to Disneyland, one day for Ocean Park and Symphony of Lights, one day to macau, and one day to Lantau Island for Ngong Ping 360 and Tung Chung Citygate Outlets. After the Symphony of Lights, you can go to Temple Street Night Market and taste the local food, also you can get to Ladies Market for shopping, and Stanley Market is also a good choice.
You can go to Ocean Park by MTR to Admiralty Station and then take Bus 629, to symphony of lights by taking bus from Ocean Park to central and then take MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
To Disneyland, you can take MTR from Mong Kok East Station to Disney Resort Station, you need to transfer at Hung Hom, Nam Cheong and Sunny Bay Station.
To Macau, you can take Bus 2C or 3C to China Ferry Terminal and take ferry to macau.
To Tung Chung, you can take MTR from Mong Kok East Station to Tung Chung Station, you need to transfer at Hung Hom Station and Lai King Station.
