About:Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

I am taking air asia to Hangzhou and thought of spending 3 nights in Hangzhou before going to Shanghai. I understand I can take a bus or train to Shanghai. However, I heard the Shanghai train station is very packed and even if i buy a seated train, the seat may be occupied by others (even though is not his/her seat). Since my husband is a disabled and I have a young kid traveling with me, would it be easier if I take an air asia bus to hangzhou i.e. I have to travel back to the airport to get a bus to Shanghai? Any suggestions what's the best way to travel to Shanghai from Hangzhou with convenience?

Dear Vivian, the train from Hangzhou to Shanghai is not, and will not be packed, the Shanghai Hangzhou High Speed Train is newly opened and there are not many people on the train, the train is started with the letter G before its train number, you can take the train at Hangzhou Railway Station. The train staff will help you, don't worry.
