would one and half an hour enough to climb all the way up and take photos of the temples of Badachu?

No, it's not enough even if you don't enter any of the temples, which I think you should. The climb is quite steep. I spent four hours there; I'm in good shape and didn't look at everything. It's beautiful and definitely worth the trip!0
