Hi! I and my family will visit Beijing in early December for 5 days and 4 nights. We will travel on our own but unfortunately we book hotel in Tianjin.How should we manage our vacation? How to travel from Tianjin to Beijing daily and how to move around in Beijing in big group to visit the interesting places?

You could go to Tianjin Railway station to take C-train to Beijing which takes about 30m. Anyway, I think stay in a hotel in Beijing is better since you have 5 days in Beijing. The best way to move around in Beijing in Big group is to take a tour in Beijing. You can consider about it referring to Beijing Tours(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/beijing.htm) .
