At present, there are so many trains departing from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Hangzhou everyday. You could purchase a train ticket on the self-service machines set in the railway station on the spot.
The West Lake is undoubtedly the most renowned feature of Hangzhou. You should not muss it. In this scenic area, Solitary Hill, the Mausoleum of General Yue Fei, the Six Harmonies Pagoda and the Ling Yin Temple are probably the most frequently visited attractions. For more interesting places to see, you may refer to Hangzhou Tour(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/hangzhou.htm) to arrange your itinerary. Victoria Regal Hotel Zhejiang, Hangzhou is a very nice hotel.
