About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Please advise if there is free shuttle bus from airport to Holiday Inn Causeway Bay? If not, what other way to travel to the hotel other than cab.

There is no free shuttle bus service between HKIA and your hotel, you can take Bus A11 or E11 and get off at Wan Chai Fire Station, Hennessy Road and then walk to your hotel.
