I am a US citizen and working in Irkutsk and have  a work permit. My wife is also with me on a dependent visa. I want to visit China for a few days. What is the best way I can obtain a chinese visa while I am in Irkutsk

Mr.Aamir, have you gotten China visa? As I know, you can go to China consulate in Khabarovsk to apply for China visa, the requirements are your passport, one passport photo, one filled visa application form, original and copy of your Russia work permit and dependant visa, round-trip flight tickets and China hotel booking.
