About:Embassy of Malta in China

i am thinking of going from delhi to kathmandu in december and then for three days to lhasa. but is this too short a trip and will it be too cold? I cannot afford to give more than a week max to India which i have already visited, Nepal and Tibet

Yes, it is cold in Dec. The temperature in Dec may be -10 degrees to 10 degrees. Three days to Lhasa is enough, Ｉthink.
