I will be travelling with my family to Xiamen end November, would like to know what is the best way to travel to Mt Wuyi besides the train.  If we take the new bullet train to Fuzhou and how do get to Mt Wuyi from there?  Also we are thinking of travelling to Jinmen, Taiwan from Xiamen by ferry for a day tour, will there be any visa or immigration procedures requires to travel to/fro Jinmen.  Thank you.

Xiamen has many flights a day to Wuyishan and the air ticket is not expensive. Or you can take bus for 7 hours on the way from Xiamen to Wuyishan. If you take bullet trains to Fuzhou first, another 4-5 hours by train to Wuyishan. I think you do not need visa to Jinmen.
