I am a 19 years old namibian living with mother who came to work at the namibian embassy in tokyo. I want to do a one or two year course in information and technology in china, because in japan one has to speak japanese to enter such colleges. Do you have english speaking colleges for information technology in china, and if so, how do i go about applying? Please help.
