About:Marriage Registration in China

Finally! I'm married, we already got our marriage license... and now I'm going back to Philippines to apply for a new visa because my L double entry visa-tourist was expired already. I have a question, I will apply for a new visa L visa tourist right??? and I will bring my marriage license in order to have a long stay in China, Is it possible that I may have a long stay visa in China? If possible how long they would give me then? I'll be waiting for a reply. Thanks!

Yes, you still apply for a new L visa for family visit in Philippines. After entering China, you can apply for a one year Residence Permit for family visit at the local Exit & Enter Department because your husband is a Chinese person, provide your husband's Chinese ID card, household registration, marriage license and your passport for residence permit application.
