Instead of booking online.Can I go directly to buy at the railway station on sun morning or sun morning itself .As I notice the price difference is quite bigI plan to go from shanghai to Hangzhou on the 1 nov However if I book online today (29 Oct), can I get it at my hotel on 31 oct. will be in time? I notice that it need 11 working days to process

Yes, for train tickets online booking, you need submit it at least 12 days prior to the travel date. As your departure date is drawing near, you would better buy the tickets directly at the railway station.
