I am an Indian passport holder. I wish to stay in Shenzhen for 3 days in November from the 15-17. Can I get the visa on arrival at Luohu Border. I read in some of the posts that they are no longer being issued due to the Asian games. Is this true?

What the documents required to get the 5 day Shenzhen visa if they are still issuing them at the Louhu visa office?

I would also like to know how to get to HK Disneyland resort from Shenzhen. Is there a more direct alternative as opposed to taking the MTR.
