I am thinking about travelling to Xi'an end February or beginning of March. Is this a good time of year to go? It would only be for a weekend, is this long enough to enjoy the city or am I better to wait until the summer when I will have longer?

The weather in March was quite good when i was there 4 years ago, but 2 days is not enough. Xi'an was my family's favorite stop on our trip. It just feels more accessible and less overwhelmingly huge. Don't miss "The Forest of Stone Tablets" and take some time to wander through the side streets, if you can.
