About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

we are a group of 10 pax travelling to Hong kong on nov for 4days . how to purchase the ' on loan ' Octopus card when we check out from custom? and how much value should we add in for the 2 ways trip w/ airport express and 3 days of using MTR , and what's the difference btw airport express train tourist card with Octopus Card? i'm confused . thank you

Hi,after check out from custom, you can walk to the express bus service desk to buy the On-loan Card. You should at least deposit HKD50 while the you can reload it. The value you should add depends on your trip itinerary.
The Airport Express Travel Pass is a kind of Octopus Card. It is with either one or two Airport Express single journey(s) plus 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR (except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations). This card is restricted to tourists who are non-Hong Kong residents and have stayed in Hong Kong for less than 14 days.
Since you have 3 days of using MTR in HK, I suggest you to buy the Airport Express Travel Pass .
