I will go to Harbin on 27th of December. I would like to know how is with skiing there?

Wow, it is one of the best time to ski in that time period. You have made a smart decision. BTW, the Ice Festival holds in Harbin from Jan 5 every year. The most famous skiing resort is Yabuli. Have a try there!0
