About:Hong Kong Disneyland

Hello!

i am planning to bring my kids to Hong Kong (HK) Disneyland beginning of March 2011, anyone can help me with the following?

1) how's the weather of HK in the month of early March? cloudy? Cold? Rain?
2) we plan to stay in the Disneyland hotel for 2 nights, any shopping we can do outside but nearby Disneyland?
3) any good local food like dim sum, wan tan mee, egg tarts, "polo bun", etc. we can find outside but nearby Disneyland?
4) other than disneyland, what can we do (with young kids who are 2 to 6 years old) outside but nearby disneyland?
5) is there any bakery counter/ shops in Tung Chung & Disneyland MTR station?

Thank you very much in advance!

1. As the record in previous years shown, the weather in March is not cold, temperature around 20-28C, you can wear T-shirt and a coat for early morning and evening.
2. You can take MTR to Tung CHung Station, there you can go to Citygate Outlets for shopping.
3. Maybe they can only be find at Tung Chung.
4. You can take your kids to Tung Chung and take Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car to Ngong Ping Village.
5. There are backery shops at Tung Chung Station, but seems there is no one at Disney Resort Station.
