About:First Time China

Hello,
I want to travel to Shanghai and Beijing between 15.March and 5.April, but I am somewhat worried about the temperature. Would it be better to go there a month later? Can you like sit outside in a park or is it too cold?

The temperature is still not high enough and it may be windy sometimes. In Beijing, there may be sand storms also. It will be warmer a month later. Better to go later if you can arrange it.
