About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I have a friend who is coming to visit us together with his wife after a holiday in Indonesia and wishes to transit in Singapore for 3 - 4 days and return to China.
May we know how can we apply visa on their behalf.

Do you mean to apply for a China visa? If yes, you can submit their visa applications to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Singapore.
