Hi... I would be visiting Chongqing in either March or April 2011.China is such a beautiful country. Would like to travel from Chongqing to Beijing the most safe and economical way. Are there trains going to Beijing from Chongqing? Is it safe and convenient to travel by train? Are their trains air-conditioned? Or will it be cheaper to fly to Beijing from Chongqing.Thank you

Three trains are operating from Chongqing to Beijing and all air-conditioned. Taking train is safe but it costs much time such as around 24hrs by train T10 to Beijing. And it just takes around 2hrs by flight. Some discounted air tickets are always available.
