About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am flying from Bangkok to London via Beijing with Air China, my stop over in Beijing is 6 hours, are we allowed to leave the airport during this time? Is 6 hours long enough?

Hi, you will not be allowed to leave the airport if you have no transit visa during that time and 6 hours are short for you to have a general look of Beijing City.
