We have two clients who want to join a biologist group for Ecuador in January. they have been told in Beijing that they can only get the visa if they book the trip with a local operator in China but it is a special depart and they want to join and book through our agency in Quito. Is this true? How can they get the visa if they buy the program from a local tour operator in Quito. Thanks for your help.
