Hi, will be at line 4 at around 2:30 a.m. as I understand Line 4 starts operating at 5:00 a.m.  Is it safe to stay from 2:30 to 5:00 at the line 4 station? Is there a safe waiting area?

I don't think it is a good idea to do so. The subway station's waiting hall will be close from 00:00 to 05:00, so it is not safe to stay outside at late night.
