About:Chinese Embassy in India

hello
my husband works in sanghai.we are living here from last two years.nowmy father in law and mother in law want to come here to stay with us. how long they can stay here.which type of visa them can get. they want to stay here for one year.is it possible.

They can only eligible to apply for a tourist visa, that in most case they can stay in China for 30 days. the tourist visa may can be extended twice within China, so no more than 90 days.
